What is the turn over time?

- For garment only order, it takes roughly 3-5 business days to be packed and despatched.

- For personalise printed garments, it will be 3-10 business days after artwork(s) is/are approved by customer.

What is the turn over time for express shipping option selected?

- For garment only order, it takes roughly 3-5 business days to be packed and despatched by AUS Post Express.

- For personalised printed garments, it will be 3-10 business days after artwork(s) is/are approved by customer. Then Item(s) will be sent by Aus Post Express. (For shipping time frame, please refer to shipping time.

*Shipping method only affect shipping time, however, printing and handling time is NOT affected by shipping options.

How long will it take for my order to arrive, and will I have a tracking number for my order?

- Yes a tracking number will be provide.

Most of our orders are sent by AUS post registered post.

All off the over sized parcels will be sent by fastway/couriers please.

Where are the clothes be printed?

All garments are printed locally in Australia, 343Unique is based in Sydney with professional industry grade machines to meet all the personalised printing need.

Are the printed shirts durable?

Yes the printed garments are very durable, they are all printed by professional industry grade machines and material from Italy, Germanely and Japanese.

However washing the garment matters, please follow the washing labels to keep garments stay a bit longer.

Will it be printing chromatic aberration?

For garment printing with heat treatment, if a vector file with CMYK / PMS code is provided, there may be a 5-10% possibility of printing chromatic aberration. However, if a non-vector file or a file without CMYK / PMS code is provided, the printing chromatic aberration may be more noticeable.

Can the printed garments machine washed?

Yes, they are machine washable. And here is some hints,

1, To make sure the water temperature is lower than 30c.

2, To make sure the there is no bleach involved.

What if I found I don’t like the quality of the shirt?

Our customers satisfaction is always one of our target to meet.

- For personalised products, unfortunately it is not accepted return and exchange until product quality issues. For damaging items in exchange purpose is not suggested and not acceptable.

How do I know which size fits me? 

Every size guide is attached on item pages for easy access. if there is no size guide button, please contact our friendly customer service for more information, and we will update the page ASAP. 

How do I care for my personalised printed clothing?

To wach customised printed garment is NOT as difficult as people imaging.
- To make sure that the washing temperature is under 30c (cold water wash)

- DO NOT put bleach or chemical liquid/powder into wash.

- Steam dryer can damage the print sometime.
